BRIEF UNOFFICIAL BIOGRAPHY
Back to the time when he was blonde and better known for his physique, rather than his brain, - Gian was a kid that grew up somewhere in central Italy, a sin that he will try to make up for in his older age.
Spending most of his time alone, drawing, painting or reading anything that had some sort of words printed on it, - his family got quite concerned that the kid would became a skinny outcast.
Or even worse, just skinny.
So they pushed him to play some kind of sport – and stuffed him with bread and pizza as a daily routine.
Jumping from one sport to another, he first got interested on Swimming.
Bathtubs, lakes, seas.
Puddles, at times.
An it was fine, but it missed the real action.
So he became really keen on Athletics, Running, mostly (but after a while, he realized that he had been running for hours every day, without actually getting anywhere).
Next, - he started playing Basketball. He did like it.
But a place where everybody is supposed to like Football, - lacks of any real competition, he noticed later on.
Feeling like he had yet to find the right sport that'd suit him, he began practising Karate.
Meantime, he discovered himself a pacifist, therefore he quit.
At the same time he joined the local gym, and that seemed to work just fine for a while.
Until it turned out to become an addictive issue.
Finally University kicked in, and right after the first couple of classes of Philosophy and Literature, his mind was finally clear.
Why would I even work out in the first place? -he said.
He spent the following years working meaningless jobs and meeting meaningful people.
He travelled all over Europe chasing after museums, forgotten artists and cheap accommodations. Though he never managed to get out of the UK, - place that amuses him to no end.
When he is not writing he is painting, and when he is not writing or painting either, he's mostly likely watching movies or reading books or fighting insomnia.
He recently quit (some) drugs, turned vegetarian and got more involved with charitable works and environmental organizations.
He claims to work for one of those, -when he remembers to.
